Kim Sandberg & Amy Capo met nearly 20 years ago as both were just beginning their real estate careers. While initially working for different brokerages and traveling different paths, they came together again in 2011 while studying for the Florida real estate broker’s exam. After earning their broker’s licenses, they went their separate ways again, only to come together again in 2022 to form Ponte Vedra Key Realty.
