About Us
Kim Sandberg and Amy Capo met in 2006, at the beginning of their real estate careers. They followed different paths, eventually reuniting in 2011, when they both earned their Florida broker’s license. They went their separate ways again until 2022, when they joined forces to form Ponte Vedra Key Realty, sister agency to St. Augustine Key Realty.

Amy Capo is a seasoned and highly recommended REALTOR® specializing in St. Augustine, St. Johns County, and Northeast Florida real estate markets. Amy’s strong background in mortgage lending and title services gives her clients a competitive advantage by offering expert guidance on home financing options, real estate contracts, and the closing process for residential properties. She is also broker/owner of St. Augustine Key Realty.
Kim Sandberg, Broker-Associate
After a 20 year career in advertising sales & marketing, Kim Sandberg began practicing real estate full time in 2006. Having weathered several housing booms and busts, she has a wealth of knowledge & experience to help home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Kim earned her Florida broker’s license in 2011, has worked as a broker/manager for a large real estate office, and set out with Amy Capo in 2022 to form Ponte Vedra Key Realty, where she leads/manages The Sandberg Team.
